This policy explains how Property Management Excellence ("PME," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information when you visit propertymanagementexcellence.com, use a PME resource, submit a PME form, or otherwise interact with PME.

Do not submit sensitive operating data. PME public forms and tools are not intended for resident records, owner financial details, vendor banking information, employee records, account credentials, government identifiers, payment data, lease files, or private source-system exports.

Information we collect

We may collect:

Contact and professional information you provide, such as name, email address, company, role, company size, and general operating interests.
Resource and request information, such as the tool, scorecard, guide, workshop, or consulting path you select.
Website and analytics information, such as pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, and timestamps.
Communication preferences and records showing whether you requested a resource or chose to receive related PME updates.

How we use information

Deliver requested resources and respond to requests.
Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve PME pages, tools, and training.

Submitting a form does not automatically qualify you for consulting, create a proposal, schedule a call, create a deal, or authorize PME to make decisions for you.

HubSpot, analytics, and service providers

PME uses HubSpot to host pages, process forms, deliver certain resources, and manage communication preferences. PME also uses Google Analytics 4 and related measurement technologies to understand aggregate website activity. We may use hosting, email, security, and professional service providers that process information on our behalf.

PME data infrastructure and privacy requests are administered through the Coastline Equity HubSpot environment. Coastline owner-service requests and PME professional-resource requests are kept on separate form and routing paths.

Cookies and similar technologies

PME uses essential, HubSpot, and analytics technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and measure performance. You can manage cookies through your browser and any available site consent controls. Blocking some technologies may affect form or resource functionality.

Third-party AI tools

PME may link to third-party AI services, including public ChatGPT tools. Information you enter into a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms and privacy practices. Do not enter sensitive personal information, confidential company records, credentials, payment data, or private source-system exports into public AI tools.

Disclosure and sale of information

We may disclose information to service providers working on our behalf, professional advisers, authorities when required by law, or a successor in a business transaction. PME does not sell personal information for money and does not currently use information submitted through PME forms for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

We generally retain marketing leads and form submissions for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is needed to provide a requested service, maintain security, resolve a dispute, comply with law, or preserve a record you asked us to retain. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information that no longer reasonably identifies you.

Your choices and privacy rights

You may unsubscribe from marketing messages using the link in an email. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, deletion, or information about how personal information is used and disclosed. You will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Security
