Property Management Excellence
A values-first framework for property-management judgment, communication, stewardship and repeatable operating standards.
Property Management Excellence is the framework presented in Anthony A. Luna's book of the same name. It applies five principles to property-management judgment: listening and communication, ethics, Owner Mindset, quality of life and building a legacy.
For a company owner or operating leader, PME provides principles to apply in decisions, handoffs, service standards and accountability. It is broader than the Property Management Excellence OS, Coastline's named operating sequence. Describing a framework is different from demonstrating that a company consistently follows it.
