Report the Reality is the reporting stage in Coastline Equity's Property Management Excellence OS. It brings changes during the reporting period, unresolved work and owner decisions into the same view. The published stage covers financial activity and budget differences alongside leasing, past-due balances and maintenance.
For a PM company owner or operating leader, the practical task is to connect the operating record to a clear explanation of what needs attention.
