Discover the Plan
Discover the Plan is the opening PME OS discussion about an owner's property goals, management concerns, communication expectations and decision responsibilities.
Discover the Plan is the first stage of Coastline Equity's Property Management Excellence OS. It starts with the owner's goals and considers the property type, current management concerns and communication expectations to determine whether Coastline is a fit. The discussion also identifies who makes decisions and which issues need early attention.
A PM company owner or operating leader can use this stage to make the starting assumptions visible before coordinating a handoff. For example, list the priorities raised by the owner, identify the decision-makers and record questions needing follow-up. This is an illustration of the published discussion, not a completed transition checklist.
