Review the Performance is a named stage in Coastline Equity's Property Management Excellence OS. Coastline describes quarterly reviews of results, unresolved issues and emerging risks, followed by recorded decisions and assigned responsibility for next actions. The property plan is adjusted as conditions and ownership goals change.
For a PM company owner or operating leader, a practical application is turning the reporting record into a decision and follow-through. For example, discuss an unresolved item, record the chosen next action and name the responsible person. Report the Reality explains the operating position; Review the Performance uses that information to decide what should happen next.
